Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Delicious family favorite!
1 stick of butter
2 sticks of margarine
1 8oz. cream cheese

3 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 Tblsp. vanilla

3 cups cake flour
2 tsp. lemon zest(optional)
Ingredients:
In a bowl cream butter, margarine and cream cheese.
Add vanilla and lemon zest.

In a separate bowl beat sugar and eggs. Add eggs one
at a time. Next, add to the butter mixture.

Add the cake flour one cup at a time till all is incorporated.

Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake @325 for at least 1 hour. Perhaps a little longer depending on your oven. Cool for an hour before serving.
