| Grandma's Pecan Pie |
| Ingredients: |
| 3 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1 cup corn syrup 2 Tbsp. butter melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 cups pecan halves or large pieces |
| Instructions: |
| In a large bowl beat eggs. Add sugar, corn syrup, salt, melted butter and vanilla. Gently stir in pecans. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for about 50-55 minutes until crust is golden brown. Bake on a cookie sheet until center is firm. Cool pie for at about 1 hour. A great way to enjoy pecans! Enjoy! |
