Guacamole
This is a simple, basic guacamole recipe. You can add other ingredients such as sour cream to make it creamier. This recipe is the old fashion traditional version.  A party favorite!
Ingredients:

3 ripe avacados
1 romo tomatoes
1/8 cup of finely diced onion
salt to taste
1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
white or red onion adds more color!
save the pit and place in center of bowl
Instructions:

Cut avacados in half and scoop out flesh. Avacados should be soft enough to press with a fork.

Mash them well. Next, add diced tomato, onion and salt to taste.

To keep the beautiful green color and fresh taste add some fresh lemon juice.

Garnish with a clean avacado pit in center of bowl. Sprinkle with some tomato and onion. You can also garnish with a few sprigs of celanto.

It is ready to serve or cover and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips. It is a traditional side for all Mexican meals. You can
also use it on sandwiches, tortilla rolls.
