| This is the traditional frosting for a carrot cake. Dress it up with sprinkles of pecans or coconut. Delicious and easy to make! |
| Soften cream cheese. Stir in the cream and vanilla. Beat till fluffy. Add salt and powdered sugar. Stir in pecans, coconut and raisins. Sprinkle some coconut or pecans on top of frosting. |
