| Mix raspberry jello with the boiling water. Add the cranberry sauce and stir until melted. Next, add the crushed pineapple to the jello. My family likes it with only 10 oz. of pineapple. Pour half the jello mixture into a dish. Let it set. Sprinkle pecans on set jello, then spread sour cream. Pour the rest of the jello mixture over sour cream and sprinkle pecans. Cover and refrigerate for a several hours before serving. This is great with ham, chicken or turkey! |
