Bread Pudding Recipe
Delicious, simple bread pudding. Serve with a wine sauce or traditional
lemon sauce.
In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Add bread till firm. Add raisins. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Cool and serve with wine sauce or traditional lemon sauce.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
4-5 cups of dry french bread
1/2 cup raisins
